Accounts and information

Court bookings and player Open Play registrations are linked to your Happy Paddle account. Keep your account details accurate, protect your sign-in information, and use your own account when making a reservation.

Please review the court, date, time, session, and price shown before continuing. The server checks availability and price again when you submit a booking.

Court bookings

A slot shown as available is not reserved until the booking flow accepts it. The server checks the schedule again when you submit, so another player may take a slot first. Booking times use the facility timezone, Asia/Manila.

A new court booking is placed on a temporary pending hold while you complete payment. The default hold is 10 minutes; facility administrators can configure it from 5 to 30 minutes. A booking becomes confirmed only after the full payment has been verified by the server. An expired or failed payment does not confirm the booking.

If the price changes before submission, the booking flow asks you to review and accept a fresh quote. Rescheduling is not currently supported; you can make a new booking after cancelling an eligible existing booking.

Payments

The current court-booking checkout accepts GCash through PayMongo's hosted checkout. The full amount shown in the booking review is due to confirm the booking. The Happy Paddle application does not add a separate customer processing fee to that amount.

Review the amount shown by the payment provider before authorizing payment. Only a server-verified payment confirms a booking. If verification is delayed, check your booking status before starting another payment.

Open Play sessions may also be paid through GCash checkout or, when available for your account, an eligible Happy Paddle pass. Cash walk-ins are recorded by staff.

Cancellations and refunds

Court bookings: you can request cancellation before the facility's configured cutoff. The default cutoff is 2 hours before the booking, and an administrator can set it between 0 and 72 hours. Check the cancellation preview in your account for the current eligibility and amount. When eligible, the system requests a refund of the captured court amount to the original PayMongo payment method; any payment processing fee is excluded.

A paid booking cancelled by an administrator also initiates a full captured-amount refund. Provider processing and refund timing are outside the booking screen. If a refund cannot be completed automatically, it may be retried or sent for staff review.

Open Play: player cancellation closes 2 hours before the session. Before that cutoff, a direct payment is refunded for the session fee through PayMongo, without a refund of any processing fee; an eligible pass redemption is reversed. A waitlisted player is not charged unless promoted.

A no-show is recorded by staff; the application does not issue an automatic refund through the no-show action. Rescheduling is not available.

Session cancellation by Happy Paddle: the application sends a cancellation notice to registered players, but it does not currently define an automatic refund or pass-restoration outcome for a cancelled Open Play session. This outcome needs confirmation from Happy Paddle.

Open Play sessions

Open Play places depend on session capacity and any stated skill range. A waitlist entry does not guarantee a place or require payment. If you are promoted, the system gives you a payment hold of up to 15 minutes; a new paid registration has a 5-minute payment hold.

Follow the session's check-in instructions and any skill or participation limits shown for that session. Active passes and staff-recorded cash walk-ins are available only where the session and facility support them.

Facility guidelines

  • Respect your booked start and end times and other players' reservations.
  • Use courts and equipment as intended, and treat staff and other players respectfully.
  • Follow facility signs and instructions from staff, including instructions about court access and safe play.

Happy Paddle has not published a complete set of facility-specific restrictions on this website. Posted instructions at the facility may provide additional guidance.

Safety and participation

Pickleball and other physical activity involve a risk of injury. Choose a level of activity that is appropriate for you, wear suitable footwear and attire, use equipment responsibly, and follow safety directions given by staff.

These terms do not remove any right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. The exact allocation of liability has not been confirmed by Happy Paddle and should be reviewed before publication.

Contact and updates

Happy Paddle has not published a public email or phone number on this website. Please use the facility's official contact channel when one is provided. View facility information.
